      The School Reform Initiative, recently acquired by the Center for Leadership and Educational Equity, offers a library of free protocols for educators on a wide range of topics. New leaders can browse the list by title, subject, or date added.
      Discover ice breakers and activities to gauge your team's communication style and help build relationships with your new staff. Examine ways to discuss student work samples with PLCs. Analyze and reflect on your administrative team's best successes and areas of growth. Whatever your need as a new leader to create structure and processes with your team, chances are there's a protocol that can help you get started.
